- Embedding your assistant is simple and straightforward. Once you've created your assistant, navigate to the 'My assistants' page and click the 'Code' button next to your assistant. This will generate an HTML code snippet that you can copy and paste into your website's HTML code. You can place it either in the <head> section for early loading or in the <body> section depending on when you want your assistant to appear on your page.
- Is there a limit in the number of websites where I can embed an assistant?
- No, there's no limit to how many websites you can embed an assistant on. The only requirement is that each website's domain must be added to your assistant's allowed domains list for security purposes. This ensures your assistant only operates on authorized websites.
- Can I try an assistant before I embed it in my website?
- Absolutely! You can test and interact with your assistant directly from the 'Appearance' section in the dashboard. This allows you to fine-tune its responses and ensure it's working perfectly before deploying it to your website.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your data security is our top priority. All training information and conversation histories are securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers located in the European Union. Our infrastructure is protected by enterprise-grade security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Do the assistants support multiple languages?
- Yes! Our assistants currently support 13 languages to help you reach a global audience: Arabic, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. This allows your customers to interact with your assistant in their preferred language.
- What is the large language model (LLM) behind the assistant?
- Our assistants are powered by OpenAI's advanced language models, including GPT-4.1 mini and GPT-4.1. These cutting-edge models ensure high-quality, contextually relevant responses. We're continuously expanding our AI capabilities and plan to integrate additional language models in the near future to provide even more options.
- How many customers can use the assistant in my website?
- There's no limit to the number of customers who can interact with your assistants. However, to ensure optimal performance and prevent misuse, we implement a rate limit of 2 messages per second per IP address. If your business requires higher limits, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. We're happy to discuss custom solutions.
- Do you support providing website content for the assistant to use?
- Currently, you can provide context to assistants by uploading files through the 'Files' section in your assistant's settings. We support various file formats including documents, code files, and web files. We're actively working on adding direct website content integration, so stay tuned for this exciting feature!
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes! We offer a free trial to get you started. When you register, you'll automatically receive 500 message credits to explore our platform and test your assistants. This gives you plenty of opportunity to experience the full capabilities of our service. Once you've used your trial credits, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans to continue enjoying unlimited access.
